These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Joe Limo and Joe Limo Driver applications and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Joe Limo provides a platform to request, dispatch, and manage limousine and car-service rides, to issue invoices, and to accept in-app payments. Rides are arranged between customers and drivers coordinated through the platform.
Customer and driver accounts are created and provisioned by Joe Limo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and change any temporary password on first sign-in.
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful purposes.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Limo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
